Ed Bastian Delta CEO | How to Be a Leader

On December 13, 2019, the Atlanta Area Council, Boy Scouts of America hosted its annual Golden Eagle Luncheon. More than 1,800 of Atlanta’s top business and community leaders came to support the future of Scouting in Metro-Atlanta.

We were excited to have Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian, whose team of 90,000 worldwide is dedicated to building the world’s leading airline. He has been a critical leader in Delta’s long-term strategy and champion of putting Delta’s shared values of honesty, integrity, respect, perseverance and servant leadership at the core of every decision.

Ed sat down with Kathy Waller, retired CFO of the Coca-Cola company, to discuss how to develop leadership skills, what it takes to serve the community and how to make a difference within a large company.
